About the Event
We've been listening to farmers and producers at events, in surveys, and when we offer technical assistance, and we've heard loud and clear that you want to learn how to access capital. In response, we've partnered with CSU Food Sytsem Director Libby Christensen to bring a capital-focused training to West Slope Startup Week.
Join us for an interactive exploration of how entrepreneurs in the food and agriculture sectors can leverage the Community Capitals Framework to drive positive change and build resilient communities across the Western Slope.
The Community Capitals Framework provides a comprehensive approach to understanding community development by identifying seven interrelated forms of capital: natural, cultural, human, social, political, financial, and built.
