About the Event

CSU Extension & San Juan Basin Public Health are teaming up with LPFEC to offer vendors a chance to learn tips, convenient strategies and best practices in food safety at the farmers market, flea market and beyond. Simple techniques for handwashing, sampling and transporting food will be covered in addition to Q&A.   Attendees will receive a food safety kit to use at their booth! Interpretation available.
