Certified Food Protection Manager Trainings are now offered in Spanish, thanks to our partnership with CSU/La Plata Extension, La Plata County Public Health, and Smart Business Consulting LLC.
As a result of this initiative, the pass rate for this certification among Spanish-speakers increased from 10% to 69%
